Die grosszügige und saubere Wohnung verfügt über zwei… read more Balkone und ist mit allem ausgestattet was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt neben einem Glaskeramikherd mit Backofen auch über einen Geschirrspüler. Ein Esstisch für sechs Personen im Wohnbereich ist ebenso vorhanden wie ein Tisch mit sechs Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem gedeckten Balkon. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Anlage verfügt über einen einzigartigen Poolbereich. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die zentrale Lage zum Zentrum von Torremolinos oder zum Strand und die Promenade (via mehrere Treppen) von Carihuela.

Same goes when it comes to special beds for small children (we were travelling… read more with such companions) and the owner managed to provide beds and sheets for them. It was not the first time I rented a flat for a long-term workation with my family, but first time do I experience such thing:Even though we paid almost €100 upfront when reserving the flat as the cleaning service fee through airbnb, the day after we left the apartment (the owner did not come to see us and to provide us with his supervision – coincidence?) we received a claim from him for €300 euros with photos attached: not getting several leaves out of balcony – sic! (we barely used it anyway, as it was around 10 degrees during March), not throwing away a balloon that my son apparently left behind when leaving the flat, not throwing away 2 plastic bottles (that were already squashed and left in visible place so it’s easier to clean it up…), coffee «stains» on the coffee machine (really?). So tell me please – what does the cleaning fee cover?Also:- Fridays and Saturdays (and it was March, not even close to touristic season) – loud parties (young people playing around and showing off with their cars) in the parking lot/street right under apartment’s windows – couldn;t get much of a sleep on these nights- on the first day you are forced to sign a agreement written in spanish – it could be anything, as you don’t understand much of it («it’s for the police» I was informed)- you are obliged to water the plants in the apartment, if you fail to do it right, there will be a claim probablyIF YOU STILL WANT TO RESERVE THIS FLAT, REMEMBER TO:- MAKE SURE THE OWNER SHOWS UP WHEN LEAVING THE FLAT SO HE CAN POINT OUT WHAT HE THINKS IS NOT CORRECT OR OTHERWISE YOU CAN BE CHARGED €300 FOR THINGS THAT ARE ALREADY COVERED BY CLEANING FEE AND THAT CAN BE FIXED WITHIN 2 MINUTES (BUT WHY SHOULD YOU DO IT ANYWAY IF YOU PAY THE FEE??)- CHECK FOR THE DUST UNDER THE FURNITURES (SOFAS, TABLE) AND BEDS AS IT WILL FLOW ALL OVER THA PLACE WHEN TURNING THE AIR CONDITIONING AND WHEN LEAVING THE FLAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR NOT CLEANING IT- take a ear plugs for the weekend

The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The host was available and responsive and very polite and respectful. The apartment is close to everything, and only a 10 minute walk to the train station that will take you to Malaga in 20 minutes and the airport in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, lots of restaurants, and a beautiful walkway along the beach that goes on for many kilometers. Just a note, the beach is down a hill, so it is a walk uphill or up outdoor stairs to return to the apartment. The apartment is in a nice district and is very secure, so we always felt safe and did not need to worry about our belongings. Thank you, Axel!

  Appartamento di alto standing all’interno di un contesto residenziale esclusivo, con ampia e magnifica piscina privata, parco con stagno molto ben curato. La piscina è stata ben fruibile nonostante l’affluenza… read more del mese di agosto. L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle foto. In posizione sopraelevata rispetto al lungomare, gode di vista imperdibile e quiete, rimanendo comoda a tutti i servizi, che sono raggiungibili con camminate di massimo 10 minuti in qualsiasi direzione. Due delle tre camere dispongono di bagno en-suite. I dettagli sono ben curati e non manca davvero nulla per una vacanza perfetta. Il contatto è molto disponibile e comunica in maniera eccellente. Sicuramente opteremo di nuovo per questa soluzione quando torneremo Torremolinos.

Both overlook the sea and one of them has a table to eat. The sun shines from early morning to late afternoon. Everything is very careful in detail. I really liked that the television has the option to watch netflix, hbo, etc… The internet works very well and the kitchen has all the kitchen utensils. The thick walls and security windows make the apartment very quiet. Axel was very attentive at all times if we needed anything. Always very communicative. We will be back!

Dans l’ensemble satisfaite de mon séjour Axel à était trés réactif lors de nos échanges.
