Both overlook the sea and one of them has a table to eat. The sun shines from early morning to late afternoon. Everything is very careful in detail. I really liked that the television has the option to watch netflix, hbo, etc... The internet works very well and the kitchen has all the kitchen utensils. The thick walls and security windows make the apartment very quiet. Axel was very attentive at all times if we needed anything. Always very communicative. We will be back!

  At first glance everything looks great - and the owner replies all the messages really fast. Same goes when it comes to special beds for small children (we were travelling... read more with such companions) and the owner managed to provide beds and sheets for them. It was not the first time I rented a flat for a long-term workation with my family, but first time do I experience such thing:Even though we paid almost €100 upfront when reserving the flat as the cleaning service fee through airbnb, the day after we left the apartment (the owner did not come to see us and to provide us with his supervision - coincidence?) we received a claim from him for €300 euros with photos attached: not getting several leaves out of balcony - sic! (we barely used it anyway, as it was around 10 degrees during March), not throwing away a balloon that my son apparently left behind when leaving the flat, not throwing away 2 plastic bottles (that were already squashed and left in visible place so it's easier to clean it up...), coffee "stains" on the coffee machine (really?). So tell me please - what does the cleaning fee cover?Also:- Fridays and Saturdays (and it was March, not even close to touristic season) - loud parties (young people playing around and showing off with their cars) in the parking lot/street right under apartment's windows - couldn;t get much of a sleep on these nights- on the first day you are forced to sign a agreement written in spanish - it could be anything, as you don't understand much of it ("it's for the police" I was informed)- you are obliged to water the plants in the apartment, if you fail to do it right, there will be a claim probablyIF YOU STILL WANT TO RESERVE THIS FLAT, REMEMBER TO:- MAKE SURE THE OWNER SHOWS UP WHEN LEAVING THE FLAT SO HE CAN POINT OUT WHAT HE THINKS IS NOT CORRECT OR OTHERWISE YOU CAN BE CHARGED €300 FOR THINGS THAT ARE ALREADY COVERED BY CLEANING FEE AND THAT CAN BE FIXED WITHIN 2 MINUTES (BUT WHY SHOULD YOU DO IT ANYWAY IF YOU PAY THE FEE??)- CHECK FOR THE DUST UNDER THE FURNITURES (SOFAS, TABLE) AND BEDS AS IT WILL FLOW ALL OVER THA PLACE WHEN TURNING THE AIR CONDITIONING AND WHEN LEAVING THE FLAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR NOT CLEANING IT- take a ear plugs for the weekend

  Fantástico apartamento, buena ubicación. Habitaciones y baños grandes , cocina-comedor-salón con todo lo necesario.

Leiligheten var romslig til tross for hvor mange vi var. Air conditioner funket kjempe bra, noe som var høyst nødvendig nå på sommeren! I tillegg hadde leiligheten utstyr dersom man skulle på stranda, alt fra badehåndklær, parasoll og baller noe som var et pluss i boka! Vi trivdes godt og hadde alt vi trengte😊

  A wonderful apartment. It is located in a very large and elegant building. It is a residential building so there is no noise or party people. However, it has rules... read more that must be followed such as not using lilos in the pool. The apartment has air conditioning in all the rooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. The wifi works perfectly throughout the apartment. The views and the tranquility is the best thing about the apartment. Axel is a great host who is available at all times if you need it. Without a doubt, we will return.

The apartment was beautifully... read more decorated and furnished - with a view of the mountains and the sunset from the living room - and the location of the apartment complex was a perfect walking-distance from the center of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay in Malaga. There were already towels at the apartment both for showering and to lay on at the beach plus a parasol we could bring, which was really useful. Axel, the host, was so helpful with everything both recommending things to see and places to eat and offering his help, if there were problems at the airport, when we were going home. All in all, we would definitely recommend both Axel and his apartment, and we would love to stay there again the next time we visit Malaga.

Also Axel gave is some great tips for our day son Malaga with good restaurants etc. The apartment is beautifull and very clean just like on the pictures.   Un apartamento fabuloso. Axel nos atendió muy bien a pesar de que llegamos tarde. La ubicación muy buena. A menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro, con buena conexión... read more con el bus y en un barrio muy tranquilo por las noches. Hay un super frente a la casa y otras muchas tiendas en la misma calle. Me sorprendió mucho los detalles del apartamento. Como el agua filtrada, te ahorras el tener que cargar con botellas de agua, yo lo tengo en casa y me encantó el detalle. Tiene tres variedades de cafetera, tetera electrica, secadores de pelo, horno, tostador... A la cocina no le faltaba de nada. Los baños tienen una ducha muy amplia y aunque solo tiene dos y éramos ocho, podíamos usarlas sin problemas de dos en dos ya que la ducha tiene un muro que da privacidad al que se está duchando. Aunque está prohibido fumar, tiene una terraza donde si se puede, pues un amigo era fumador y preguntamos antes por si acaso. En resumen la casa es muy amplia y poco usual, he estado en otros apartamentos de alquiler y no tienen tantos detalles. Sin duda repetiría.
